Hotel staff was hostile. Room given was in the worst area. Toilet seat was loose. NO television on our first night. Parking was limited.

I didn’t like anything about this hotel

The ceiling in bathroom had mold, the main door had light coming through everywhere, walls were paper thin so heard guy in the room beside us sneeze, flatulate, empty his bowels, cough, hack…if need extra towels, had to bring the used ones back first!!!!

I thought we were getting 2 beds, and the bed was way too high,, I ended up sleeping in the chair

The staff was very friendly and courteous

The WiFi didn't work the whole time I was there and I could not accomplish some very important work related tasks. I had to leave and find WiFi elsewhere. There was construction going on and it was very, very disruptive considering the holiday.

Our AC did not work well - hotel staff smoked outside in the front of the entrance to the hotel - the front desk staff was not present a lot

I was impressed with all the minor conveniences that made it very comfortable: space under the sink in the bathroom to place your things, soft towels and bedding, no quilt on the bed, steam-free mirror, good breakfast choices, nice breakfast area.

The pool and the spa is close so if you plan on swimming this is not the place they don?t know when the pool/ spa will be open

Pool was closed. No notice on the website. Would have stayed somewhere else, had I known.

The TV was not working for the 4 days we were there. A storm occurred on the weekend but even after the storm they still were not working. Also the pool was not in service. Front desk indicated they would look into it and call back, never got a call back.

Friendly staff, clean environment. Quite for most part outside of cleaning crews. Laundry available on the floors.

Bummed that pool closed for winter since it¿s indoors.

Clean, attractive, comfy

The high beds are not good, especially for seniors and the handicapped. I appreciated the grab bar in the shower even when it¿s not a handicapped room. The staff was very friendly.

The A/C worked well.

The website says this place has a Pool AND Hot Tub! The hot tub was removed 5 months ago!!! Shady people all over this hotel and everyone in the parking lot smoking weed. Not a comfortable feeling at all.

Staff were super nice. It was quiet and good location.

Hot tub was closed, fire alarm missing in room just a bunch of wires visible where it once was and found a small maroon pill on the floor in ¿clean¿ room. Picture was missing on our room but hang clips still there. Just really run down. Staff were great

I was very disappointed the elevator was not working and the hotel was under construction. Had to give $150.00 deposit and pay for the room. price for the room was to high for the quality. Breakfast was terrible. Overall experience was bad.

It was clean and convenient. The room was big and the beds were super comfortable. It was very quiet. The pool was fun and the hot tub is huge, even thought the jets didn't work.

No pool towels at 8pm on a Friday night. The hot tub jets didn't work and that was a big bummer! The breakfast was ok.

Paper thin wall between room 117 and 115. I had to call the front desk and ask for intervention after listening to the two women in the room next door prattle loudly on and on and on. It was like they were in our room with us. Beds are rock hard.
